Then this is definitely one to try, it has the that distinctive Thai sriracha flavour and it is beautifully combined with the delicious creaminess of mayonnaise which transports this hot sauce to a whole new level. The sauce is made in Thailand from locally sourced sun-ripened chillies and the creamy mayonnaise is made without egg so is suitable for vegans.
This hot sauce just seems to end up on the table with nearly every meal, but it makes the perfect dipping sauce for sushi or smothered over hot chips.
