Basketcase Fireball Hot Sauce, is bursting with a fresh zingy flavourĀ that makes you want to keep adding more.
This is a modern take on the traditional Louisiana style hot sauce. Like a more traditional style hot sauce you have your chilli, vinegar and salt but the simple addition of capsicum, garlic and apple juice has helped to bring this to life in a different way.
It has aĀ nice balance ofĀ sweet, salt and tang and with the added heat makes this a great everyday table sauce that you can use on everything, but for me this is a go toĀ with a pepperoni pizza, it is an amazing combination.
