Tasting Note

Like the original Widow Maker this hot sauce is made with 6 of the world's hottest chillies including 7 Pot, Butch T, Carolina Reaper, Moruga Scorpion and Naga Viper, the difference is that the blends is barrel fermented for 12 months and then aged in American Oak for a further 10 months that gives hot sauce an oaky and smokey finish to the intense chilli flavour.
