You can see the passionfruit seeds suspended in this delicious thick sauce. You get an upfront hit of mango, passionfruit and lime but I would not define this sauce as fruity as it has the perfect balance of capsicum and tomato to help ground this as a savoury hot sauce. The Trinidad scorpion delivers a stinging heat right in the middle of the tongue that lingers and lingers...maybe that's why they named it Everlasting Fire! - Rodney@ChilliBOM
