A1 Hot Sauce Habanero Honey is a delicious savoury/sweet hot sauce with the smoothness of honey, earthiness of ginger and curry leaf with the fruity heat hit of habanero.
The fruitiness of habanero has been paired with mango, pineapple and raw honey and then balanced with the earthiness of ginger, turmeric and curry leaf to deliver a hot sauce with a complex savoury flavour, with a subtle sweetness and strong peppery finish. The habanero also does its job in delivering a strong heat to the back of the throat.
This hot sauce is delicious on a grilled chicken burger or with barbecued fish. But gives this a try on some roasted potatoes and pumpkin the curry/honey combination is delicious.
