A1 Hot Sauce Reaper BBQ is sweet, smoky and spicy all at once with a whack of reaper at the end to keep you sensible.
This is a thick barbecue style hot sauce made with a tomato paste and mustard base but cleverly blended with garlic, honey, molasses, lime and Worcestershire sauce to give a perfectly balanced sweet, smoky finish. You almost don't notice the reaper at first because of the levels of flavours in this hot sauce, but it is there...just wait for it!
The perfect substitute for any regular barbecue sauce but try basting some some pork ribs for sticky, yet deadly, sweet finish.
