Artisan Ferments Fermented Chilli Sauce is fermented sauce at it's best with the fresh taste of chilli, capsicum and is bursting with flavour from that unique pickled finish.
This chilli sauce is naturally fermented for six weeks and has the delicious full flavour of chilli, capsicum and garlic with a salty/sweet pickled finish. The sauce is swimming in chilli seeds and they provide an overall texture and bite. The main chilli in this sauce is cayenne which provides that nice upfront heat, Tom has also added in some habanero for that extra kick at the end.
Use this with everything; perfect on eggs, in your burger or added to your stir-dry and exquisitely delicious with steamed dumplings
