Changz Hot Sauce BBQ ReaperĀ is a rich and subtly smoked barbecue style sauce thatĀ has a creeping Carolina Reaper heat.
This sauce has all the hallmarks of a classic BBQ sauce but without overdoing it on the smokiness and sweetness. It is a rich sauce with a tomato flavourĀ and a subtle smokiness from the paprika with the spicy tang of Worcestershire sauce. The heat from the Carolina Reaper is not an upfront heat but is best described as a "creeper" that slowly builds (and builds) in the back of your throat.Ā
Being a BBQ sauce this is a no brainer for burgersĀ and smoked meats but if you really want to spice things up throw it onĀ a pizza.
