Another amazing sauce from the team at Changz that have managed toĀ balanceĀ some very diverse flavours.Ā It smells like a salsa when you first open the bottle but the taste takes you somewhere else. The fruity combination of habanero and mango has alwaysĀ made for a good hot sauce,Ā but throw in some spicy ginger and the flavour gets transformed into something else.Ā The chilli and ginger heat is strong andĀ enhances the overallĀ flavour with overpowering it.
This is aĀ great sauce for your chicken burger but it is also perfect as a dipping sauce withĀ spring rolls and money bags.
