Not only is it a marvellously super hot sauce thanks to the Carolina Reaper you have aĀ bell pepperĀ base that isĀ combined with kiwi, vinegar and coconut to give you a freshness and zestĀ with some chia seed, garlic and ginger to give it someĀ earthiness...it then just goes along and blows your head off!
Great on a very traditional beef burger, you know the ones you get in the localĀ milk bar...I always go for a burgerĀ with The Lot including bacon, pineapple and beetroot!
