Fenglehorn Supernova Uberlava is one hot sauce you do not want to confuse with an ordinary Thai sweet chilli sauce. Made with Carolina Reapers this sauce lures you in with its sweetness and nice, only to sting you the way that only Carolina Reaper's can and then it hangs around for a few minutes just to rub it in!
Great as an addition to stir fries or Asian soups. I have tried it in a Laksa as Michael (aka Stubius Fenglehorn)Ā suggests and it was the perfect pairing, but like all super hot sauces less is more.
