Torchbearer Buffalo Wing Sauce 340g
Torchbearer Buffalo Wing Sauce is a thick lush sauce bursting with that trademark Torchbearer fruity flavour and touch of zing.
The combination of mandarin and tomato gives this wing sauce its very unique flavour. Like all good wing sauces, it is thick and does a great job of coating your food and can double as both a table sauce and marinade. This sauce uses habanero chillies, but they only play a minor role in terms of heat as this is the mild version of the sauce, you also can taste the flavour and feel some heat from the black pepper that is used.
I know it says wing sauce so chicken is the obvious thing, but you can get creative and use it on steak, salmon or tofu.
