Tasting Note

This hot sauce ticks all the boxes for texture, flavour and heat. It starts with a silky, thick texture with the added bonus of small pieces of crunchy garlic. The flavour is zingy, sweet with a mustard kick with apple cider vinegar, honey and mustard powder all contributing to this flavour bomb. Lastly, the heat which also explodes across your mouth with the scorpion hitting the tip of your tongue, the Carolina Reaper providing a burn at the back of your throat and don't forget the mustard with that distinctive heat that always seems to find its way up your nose. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
