Tasting Note

Like all Chimpy Fonzerelli hot sauces this sauce is a cacophony of ingredients and flavour that all just seems to come together beautifully. In this case mushrooms, kimchi, bone broth, tamarind and fish sauce all married together in blissful harmony to delivery what can only be described as a "meaty" hot sauce full of umami flavour. Butlah appear twice in this sauce, fermented and smoked and really pack a heat punch about half way down your tongue and on the roof of your mouth. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
