Son of Zombie Fiery Chicken Wings

Serves 4
Prep time 10 minutes
Cooking time 45 minutes

1 kg chicken wings or winglets

1 cup tomato sauce or tomato puree

2 Tbsps Torchbearer Son of Zombie Wing

2 cloves garlic , chopped

1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger

2 green shallots, finely chopped

2 Tbsp honey Lemon wedges to serve

  1. Preheat oven to 180c or 160c fan forced. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
  2. Combine chicken wings with tomato sauce, Torchbearer Son of Zombie Wing Sauce, garlic, ginger, green shallots and honey. Toss to combine and coat. Place into the baking dish in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 40-45 minutes till golden and cooked through. Turning once during cooking.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges .
