Easy to prepare lamb skewers, oozing with flavour that are infused with your
favourite hot sauce

Fiery Lamb Skewers
Serves 4
Prep time 20 minutes
Cooking time 15 minutes
500g trimmed Lamb rump steaks cut into 5 cm pieces
1-2 Tbsps Hot Sauce
1 red capsicum, cut into 5 cm pieces
1 onion, cut into 5 cm pieces
½ fresh pineapple, peeled, cut into chunks
8 skewers, soaked in water for 10 minutes
Pita bread, chargrilled to serve
Directions
- Place lamb pieces into a bowl with your favourite hot sauce. Stir to coat.
- Thread lamb and vegetables alternatively onto skewers.
- Heat a chargrill pan or BBQ to high heat .
- Cook skewers for 12-15minutes, turning to cook till charred and tender.
- Cook pita bread for 2-3 minutes each side till charred and crisp.
- Serve skewers with pita bread, salad leaves, hummus and lime wedges.
