After eating the Jalapeño flavour for ages I only recently discovered the Habanero version in the Arizona Gunslinger stable. Like its milder cousin it has only a minimal number of ingredients to create a delicious hot sauce, in this case 4, and two of them are chillies; Habanero, Jalapeños, Vinegar and Salt.
The habanero adds that extra layer of heat that sits at the back of your mouth, combine this with the jalapeño and vinegar, which like to hang around the front, and you get a great little party in your mouth going on!
This is great for the hot sauce staples like eggs, pizza, burgers or as a dipping sauce for chips but I love using it with lamb casseroles, just add it in about 20 minutes before it's finished cooking.
