Chotto Motto Yuzu Hot Sauce is sensationally unique hot sauce from the mind of Chotto Motto head chef Tomoya Kawasaki featuring Yuzu fruit.
This hot sauce combines the heat of salted-cured green chillies with the unique citrus flavour of the Yuzu. A bold tangy upfront flavour with saltiness of pickled green chillies and then all capped off with the unique tart citrus flavour of yuzu, kind of like a cross between a grapefruit and a mandarin! The chilli heat is subtle and but enough to slowly warm you up.
Perfect for your tacos and burritos, spices up your breakfast egg creations. Amazing with sushi, sashimi, ceviche and oysters and also makes an amazing salad dressing mixed with some olive oil.
