Tasting Note

I've been sharing this sauce with friends for a few years now and the first reaction anyone ever has is a perplexed look followed by "Kiwifruit hot sauce", then it is fair to say that they go into the tasting with a bit of scepticism. If you are reading this with the same amount of scepticism then you need to get over it! This sauce is not what you could expect or imagine. The kiwifruit gives this sauce a really fresh and unique fruity flavour, there is a little bit of sweetness thanks to some Manuka Honey, and also an even, and lingering, heat courtesy of the habanero. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
