Keating & Co Condiments The Reaper is made with Australian plums, ginger and garlic to give a very distinctive colour and flavour profile.
Queen Garnet Plums have been combined with ginger and garlic to tame the heat of the Carolina Reaper, allowing its fruity flavour to shine through. The distinctive flavour of the Keating brothers unique five spice blend adds another level of complexity of flavour and this is all rounded out with Australian Bush Honey. The heat from the Carolina Reaper and habanero does not play a primary role in this sauce, like reaper sauce usually does, but instead creates a nice warmth in your throat once the delicious flavour has passed.
Perfect straight up as a dipping sauce for your dumplings or slathered over a steak sandwich. You can even try this as a marinade for your ribs or bbq chicken, the plum will help to break down and permeate the flavour right into the meat.
