Melinda's Peri Peri Hot Sauce is a classic Peri-Peri style hot sauce bursting with lemon zing and made with tabasco, habanero and cayenne pepper.

Use it With

This hot sauce is made for roasted chicken, but I also love it as a dipping sauce for prawns. Try using this also as a basting sauce for your next roast chicken...it is delicious!

This is a zesty aromatic hot sauce with the fresh taste of lemon, vinegar and a subtle hint of garlic. The heat from the tabasco, habanero and cayenne is subtle and is just enough to warm your mouth and provide a nice steady burn.
