Mocojambe Caribbean Coconut Hot Sauce is definitely the Caribbean in a bottle.Ā Velvety smooth with just the right amount of habanero heat, freshness from the lime and vinegar all combined with some traditionalĀ Caribbean spices like nutmeg and cinnamon.Ā Sam has done an amazing job capturing the flavours of her Jamaican heritage to createĀ this delicious sauce.
I have used this as both a condimentĀ and a marinade and both work well. But if getĀ some chicken thigh fillets marinate them in this sauce and then cook them up on the barbecue, you will not be disappointed.
