This is a unique take on a Louisiana style hot sauce. It has the Cajun spices, which definitely come through when you open the bottle, as well as the strong vinegar hit, but there is both a strong tomato flavour as well as a slightly sweeter flavour with more depth thanks to the molasses and tamarind. You get a nice upfront heat from the cayenne peppers followed by the habanero heat at the back of the throat.

The rich tomato and earthy flavours of this hot sauce makes it great on pasta and but it goes really well on grilled chicken or pork.
