SSB Chilli Grilled Citrus Tropicana Small Batch Hot Sauce is a tropical style hot sauce that is bursting with citrus flavour, a bit like grandma's home-made preserves but with the added bite of habanero.
This is a fruity tropical style hot sauce that is uniquely made with grilled lemon, orange and lime for its base and this citrus combination creates it very upfront and unique flavour. The citrus is combined with homegrown red habaneros, which are also grilled, and provide a comforting level of heat that you feel at the back of your throat after the fruity flavour has subsided.
This sauce is perfect for a chicken burger or grilled fish and also makes a spectacular garden salad dressing.
