Old Bones Buffalo Sauce

This is a lively, bright buffalo sauce with the sweetness of onion and a hint of garlic, along with cayenne and habanero and the Old Bones signature spice blend to give it that distinctive Old Bones flavour. The buttery finish and texture comes from vegetable oil, which has been perfectly blended with the other ingredients to deliver a glistening, smooth finish to the sauce. Australian grown cayenne and habanero chillies are used to deliver chilli flavour and a nice noticeable level of heat.

Uncle Mungo's Scorpion Wing Sauce

This wing sauce starts with the the initial sweetness of tomato and onion and a mild lemon tang. The buttery finish and texture comes from vegetable oil, which has been perfectly blended with the other ingredients to deliver a glistening, smooth finish to the sauce. The Scorpion and ghost peppers pack a serious punch with both chillies attacking your whole mouth. Make sure you work your way up to this one as it does build up over time.

Secret Aardvark Drunken Jerk Marinade

This marinade uses traditional jerk seasonings as well as Thyme and allspice which are combined with habanero, soy sauce and garlic. This is all then balanced out with dark rum to make the sauce “drunken” and give it it's name! The spices are very visible and give the marinade some texture, the habanero delivers a satisfying level of heat that you feel at the back of the throat. This is a very tasty and versatile marinade.
