Wiltshire Chilli Farm Trinidad Scorpion, direct from the UK, is intensely hot with a hint of sweetness, and it celebrates all that is great about the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chilli.
It has a bright volcanic red colour which acts as a warning of what is to come and it smells intensely of chilli. You do get an upfront sweetness when you first put it in your mouth but that is soon overtaken by the scorpion chilli which blazes through your mouth especially on the outside edges your tongue.
This sauce was chosen to appear on Season 9 of the First We Feast YouTube Series: The Hot Ones.
Its makes a great dipping sauce for chips and wedges with some sour cream or as a special addition to your favourite Asian noodle dish.
