Fire Dragon Chillies Dragons Fury is the hottest sauce in the range containing a who's who of the Scoville's honour list including Butch T Trinidad Scorpion, Moruga Scorpion, Ghost pepper and of course the Carolina Reaper with a whopping 80% total chilli content...the smell alone is enough to singe the nose hairs!
If you can get past the insane heat in this sauce you do get that nice chilli fruitiness helped along with a hint of lemon and lime. But this hot sauce is about pure fire and is up there as one of the hottest hot sauces you can get using only natural chillies.
Clint, the creator of this sauce, suggests trying this mixed into your pizza sauce base, so I gave it a go and while it was a great addition I probably used just a bit too much because boy it packs a punch!
