Born and bred in the Adelaide Hills Dulcie worked the best venues in S.A, from owning the Handorf Inn back in the 60’s to working behind the counter at Angelakis Brothers in the Central Market in the 80’s. Over those decades Dulcie’s cooking has been influenced by every corner of the world by the people she worked and ate with. With one ingredient always consistent - she loved Chilli. Her grandsons are now remaking her original recipes that were handed down through generations. They are as close to authentic as the first day they were made.
