Mrs C's The Apprentice Crunchy Chilli Oil has a delicious, rich chilli flavour but the super satisfying crunch of fried shallots and garlic.

Perfect for any Asian dish as an ingredient or as a condiment - gyoza, dumplings, spring rolls, as a topper on noodles, fried rice, salads or soup, but my favourite is for breakfast...toast topped with cottage cheese, avocado and The Apprentice...what a way to start the day.

What makes Mrs C's chilli oils so deliciously satisfying is the super tastiness and super crunchiness of the fried garlic and onion. You can hear the crunchiness when you put the spoon in the jar and the onion and garlic flavours just overtake the tastebuds. The Apprentice has been purposefully made with a milder heat, compared to Mrs C's The OG, but it still provide a nice satisfying burn. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
