Cobra Chilli Hopinator Barbecue Sauce is the genius love child of Sydney Brewery and Cobra Chilli and is a true fusion of 4 different sauces - ketchup, BBQ, chilli and mustard PLUS the added depth and flavour of beer and habanero heat.
Made with fresh tomato, fresh garlic, and fresh onion it combines the sweet smoke flavours of molasses and Worcestershire with the bold and bitter tones of Potts Point Porter Beer. It is a chunkier style barbeuce sauce but is delivered in a wide-mouth bottle to all ow for easy pouring. The chilli used is a Congo Black Chocolate Habanero chilli, originally from the Island of Trinidad in the Caribbean, the Congo Black chilli is the hottest and largest of the Habanero family.
