Dingo Sauce Co Smoked Sriracha is an amazing and unique sauce because you get the tastiness of your favourite sriracha sauce made with home-smoked red jalapeños. Leigh is a chef with over 20 years' experience and his love for sriracha has seen him take a basic version of this sauce and transform it something unique. He takes fresh red jalapeños and smokes them himself over apple and hickory wood and then uses this along with the Caysan to make the fermented base that is Sriracha. If you are fan of either sriracha or smokey sauces then this one has to be on the list.
Narrowing this one down is difficult for me because it has popped up a few times on the dinner table since I first got it, but drizzled over fried rice has probably been the standout so far.
