This mustard contains 4 different kinds of chilli including ghost peppers, red and green jalapeno, cayenne, and ancho peppers. What I love about it is the combined bite of mustard seeds, which you definitely feel in your nose, and the chilli heat, which hits you at the back of the mouth and tongue.
