Mama Liz's Chilli Oil Original is an Asian inspired infused oil with a generous and tasty amount of Thai red chilli, garlic and onion.

Use it With

This chilli oil can be used almost everywhere, it is especially tasty on Asian dishes including noodles, stir fry’s, dumplings and in soups. But you can mix it up by adding it your morning eggs or spread a small amount on your bread with your next cheese toastie.

This chilli oil is probably better described as a chilli mash marinating in oil. It has a thick consistency with generous amounts of Thai red chillies, onion, garlic and sesame seeds providing real texture and bite. The Thai red chillies deliver their customary upfront heat and the infused canola oil coats the mouth to give you an extra bonus lingering burn - Rodney@ChilliBOM
