Melinda's Ghost Ketchup smells and tastes like your favourite fruity ketchup but has an added bonus of the bite and burn of a hot sauce courtesy of some ghost chilli.
This sauce has all the fruitiness and sweetness you would expect from a ketchup but has two little quirky twists. The first is the obvious one, which is the inclusion of ghost (or bhut jolokia) chilli which adds a very noticeable but comfortable level of heat to this ketchup. The second twist is the inclusion of cinnamon and cloves which complement the fruitiness of the ketchup and give it a distinctive flavour and finish. Combined these extras deliver a very unique and very tasty ketchup.
Because it is a ketchup it has so much versatility, you can use it on everything from fried eggs to steak, but for something special give it a try on a toasted cheese sandwich
