This fermented hot sauce has a very distinctive Japanese flavour with daikon, rice wine vinegar and mirin and all of this is further enhanced by the red fava bean Miso which is locally sourced. The heat from the birdseye chilli is upfront and intense and you even get to crunch on the chilli seeds.
Great addition to any Japanese dish and works fabulously as a dipping sauce for sushi or any Asian style dumplings
