SSB Chilli 7 Pot Sunset Small Batch Hot Sauce uses the earthy 7-Pot bubblegum chilli with mango and ginger to create a blistering hot tropical sauce.
The earthiness of the homegrown 7-Pot bubblegum chilli is expertly balanced with the mango and brown sugar to give it a subtle sweetness that cuts through and complements the chilli heat. This is all finished off with the added flavour punch of lime, garlic and ginger. You can't hide from the heat of the bubble-gum chilli it travels from the tip of your tongue to the back of your throat and provides an intense but very enjoyable burn.
This sauce is perfect for your bangers and mash, grilled pork or drizzled over your next batch of chicken wings.
