Dulcie's Grandsons have hijacked their grandmother's recipe, put it in a jar and stuck a label on it, but you will be sure glad they did. This crunchy chilli oil is bursting with the taste of deep fried shallots and garlic and is finished off with the distinctive overtones of fennel and the zingy tingle that only Szechuan pepper can give you.
