Tasting Note

Made with a tomato base with cane sugar, molasses, garlic and ginger to create a very well-balanced barbecue sauce style base. Walkerswood have then layered in All Spice, cinnamon and nutmeg and this creation is transformed into a delicious jerk-style hot sauce.
