Chilli Cartel Umami Tsunami is a Japanese inspired hot sauce with some seriously monstrous and super tasty flavours.

Use it With

This sauce is perfect to spice up dumplings, ramen, sashimi or your favourite noddles or fried rice dish, but it also works just as well on a beef burger.

Tasting Note

This hot sauce is naturally fermented for 60 days and delivers a very full-bodied flavour. It boasts a very unique ingredient combination including smoked shitake and portobello mushroom, along with some traditionally prepared cured and smoked Bonito flakes (which is also known as katsuobushi) as well as sweet Sake wine and locally sourced Northern NSW bush honey. The cayenne and Birdseye chillies are milder in heat but perfectly compliment the super tasty sauce. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
