Tasting Note

This hot sauce joins a new wave of hot sauces inspired by distinctive Asian flavours of sesame oil and ginger combined with the unmissable Korean flavour of gochujang. It has an upfront sesame oil smell which also gives this sauce a smooth and creamy finish. The addition of both habanero and ghost chilli give this sauce a welcome kick in terms of overall heat but still lets the true flavour of the sauce shine through. This hot sauce is perfect as both a marinade and as a table sauce. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
