Mofo Hot Sauce Miso Sriracha is a very different style of sriracha sauce thanks to the addition of miso that gives this hot sauce a distinctly Japanese twist.

Use it With

Serranos are milder style of chilli so you get a milder style of sauce, but I use this as a dipping sauce for dumplings and spring rolls (I even snuck it into Yum Cha once) and also is a great addition to broth-style Asian soups.

Tasting Note

Like most sriarchas this sauce includes ginger and garlic and in this hot sauce you can bite down on little pieces of them as they are there to add another layer of texture and depth to the sauce. But unlike most supermarket sriarchas the ginger and garlic do not overpower the flavour of the sauce so the chilli and the miso really get to shine through. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
