The Dinner Party Chef Pomanero Hot Sauce is a Middle Eastern inspired hot sauce made with capsicum, pomegranate, a touch of cinnamon and it all comes alive with habanero heat.
The tartness of the pomegranate is cleverly blended with the rich flavour of capsicum, fruitiness of habanero, sweetness of molasses along with the earthiness of pimento and cinnamon to create this unique Middle Eastern inspired hot sauce and you are instantly transported to your favourite Lebanese restaurant. To round off this delicious sauce the habanero chilli hits you at the back of the throat for a lingering burn.
An amazing addition to your barbecued lamb or beef. My favourite is to use on a Mezze plate alongside some hummus, baba ghanoush, toasted pita, fetta and olives.
