Bear Brewing Hot Sauce 215g
The capsicum, cayenne pepper and chilli are definitely the heroes in this sauce giving it a very earthy flavour. The sauce has a certain rawness about it that is not unpleasant, just different, and is probably due to the fact that it is fermented and not cooked. The heat builds at the back of the throat and has a long lingering burn thanks to the Carolina Reaper.
Great all-rounder sauce but will go especially well on steak or a burger
