This hot sauce is just interesting enough to try at least once on everything, but is delicious on grilled seafood and also on a decadent chicken burger

C.H.A.I. stands for Cacophony Hubris Author Inimitable and once you taste this hot sauce this name might start to make more sense! A rich, smooth, supremely well-balanced hot sauce with complexity and layer upon layer of flavour. Mangoes, nectarines and peaches layered with Kathumby and serrano chillies, a mix of Asian inspired ingredients, too long to list here, all finished off with an equally long list of beverages. But don't forget the Chai tea blend, which punches through at the end with its distinctive flavours.
