Tuana Red Chilli Sauce 150ml

Tuana Red Chilli Sauce is the big brother of Tuana Original with the same full flavour of sweet roasted capsicum delicately combined with lime, onion, garlic but with the added kick of Carolina Reaper to deliver a smooth and tasty hot sauce.

This sauce is a tweak on a family recipe that has been perfected over the years and is inspired by the Macedonian chilli relish known as Ajvar which is a capsicum, chilli and garlic relish. The roasted capsicum is the standout ingredient providing a rich consistency and full flavour and if you look closely, you will see some of the charred skin of the capsicum in the sauce. This has been expertly balanced with the sweetness of onion and acidity of natural lime juice. The Carolina Reaper provides its characteristic slow build, intense heat that it is expert at delivering.

Perfect on grilled chicken or add it to your favourite pizza sauce for a standout flavour.
