Bunsters HotĀ Sauce 7/10 is a great example of a new breedĀ ofĀ hot sauces being developed in Australia. Made from all fresh ingredients, this thick chunky style sauce is packed with vegetables, herbs and citrus, and if minestrone came in a bottle,Ā this would be it.
All basic elements of sweet, salty and vinegar are well balanced and there is a nice spicy heat from the bird's eye chillies, nothing too hot, but aĀ great complementĀ to the overall flavour.
Great all-rounder sauce but will go especially wellĀ with eggs or on steak
