Chimpy Fonzerelli Casanova Brown Hot Sauce is a mushroom lover's umami delight with a deep and intense habanero heat.

Perfect to as a dipping sauce for your favourite barbecued steak but also makes a great accompaniment to a tropical burger with pulled-pork or beef (ie tropical = pineapple slice)

Fermented habaneros are paired with a medley of fermented mushrooms to deliver an amazing depth of umami flavour. This has complemented with a balanced mix of extra ingredients including roasted capsicum, bitters, yuzu, coconut, chocolate, honey and more to deliver even more complexity of flavour.
