The full name of this sauce is "Not a Slut it's just damn sexy bbq sauce" and I have to agree, like all Chimpy Fonzerelli hot sauces this sauce has a long of premium ingredients that is masterfully pulled together to create a complex and flavourful sauce. There is sweetness from roasted plums, cola, pineapple juice, molasses and honey mead. Smokiness from smoked tomatoes, fireball whisky and smoked salt. Umami from fermented mushrooms, bonito flakes and masala tea. Not forgetting the heat this time from 7 Pot Chocolate bhutlah and Carolina Reaper, subtle to start but builds on the roof of your mouth the more you eat. This is definitely barbecue sauce with a difference
The obvious use of this sauce is a replacement for your regular bbq sauce, so I'm going to be obvious - take a nice juicy steak straight of the barbecue and drizzle this sauce liberally!
