Dingo Sauce Co. Barrel Aged Widow Maker Hot Sauce is even more dastardly than its original namesake and has been fermented and aged for nearly 2 years before bottling!
Like the original Widow Maker this hot sauce is made with 6 of the world's hottest chillies including 7 Pot, Butch T, Carolina Reaper, Moruga Scorpion and Naga Viper, the difference is that the blends is barrel fermented for 12 months and then aged in American Oak for a further 10 months that gives hot sauce an oaky and smokey finish to the intense chilli flavour. The heat is also slightly more intense, it comes on slightly slower but sticks round just as long.
