Mocojambe Ocho Rios is described by Sam it's creator as "a classic Jamaican Curry recipe" and it happens to be a very delicious hot sauce as well! The ghost peppers are roasted and the taste of this really shines through coupled with the classic Caribbean spices which includes cumin and lemongrass and you get a hot sauce bursting with flavour. The Bhut Jolokia (ghost peppers) always give you a nice heat and right back in your tonsils, but Sam has done a great job to not let that heat overshadow the amazing flavours in this sauce.
This hot sauce would not go amiss on any form of fried chicken dish but I last used this poured over some lamb kebabs with some steak fries and it was the perfect pairing!
